Why is my pet feeder not connecting to Wi-Fi? ›

Make sure the feeder LED is blinking white which shows it is functioning and searching for Wi-Fi. Look at your Wi-Fi settings and make sure you are using a 2.4gHz network. Check if any firewalls are activated on your router to keeping it from connecting. Power cycle the feeder by turning off the power switch.

To Set Time: 1. After powering feeder, the LCD will show a blinking 12 for time format setup. Use UP or DOWN buttons to scroll to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Press RIGHT button to set time.

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes).

The LED on the product will flash red every 4-5 seconds when the batteries need changing.

Yellow Blinking Feeder has power and is in setup mode. Yellow Solid Smartphone is connected to the feeder in setup mode. Blue Blinking Slow Feeder is connected to Wi-Fi but no internet. Blue Blinking Fast Feeder is trying to connect to Wi-Fi or is offline.

If the Wi-Fi router and modem are yours, try turning them off and then on again. Unplug the router and modem's power cords from the power outlet for 15 seconds. Plug the power cords back in. Check that all cords and cables are secure at both ends.

One device can't connect to the Wi-Fi

It's probably just a momentary network issue, which is an easy fix. Try turning off the Wi-Fi on your device, then re-enabling it — or unplugging and replugging your Wi-Fi dongle. If that doesn't work, restart the device and try again. Then try restarting the router itself.

Change time in increments of 15 minutes each week for four weeks. In week one instead of feeding at 5am/5pm provide a dog treat and go for a walk. Then feed at 5:15. The above chart is an example of how to gradually change your dog's feeding schedule.

Use the end of a paperclip to press and hold the reset/ reboot button for 3-5 seconds until the LED blinks white to show a successful reboot. If the feeder successfully reconnects to your Wi-Fi with internet, the LED will blink blue and then turn solid showing it is fully connected and operational.

Orange light flashing and lid will not open or close.

Feeder may have been accidentally set to training mode. Push the training fuction button 5 times, pausing between each push to allow the orange light to flash and lid to gradually close.
