At&t store Dbn on telegraph. Cavan manager refused to change or refund on a phone I purchased 24 hours earlier. Told me to go to Apple storeBecause I had a warranty. This was not tue because I purchased from AT&T. I had to call AT&T to find out what My rights were. I went back to the store for my refund. He is rude and a liar. Should not be in a service industry. I have always purchased from AT&T with great service. This is a first and the last. I strongly suggest he gets proper training. Or fired
